Glossary

A qualified conversation is a thread with someone outside your company who, after outreach Zevari sent on your behalf, replied with genuine interest in what you offer and kept talking.

Zevari publishes a versioned definition, [qualified_conversation_v1](https://zevari.ai/qualified-conversation), ratified on 23 July 2026. Four conditions must all be true: a specific Zevari-sent touch is traced as the cause; at least one reply expresses real business interest; the person fits your ideal customer, or plausibly might; and they replied at least twice or made an explicit forward-looking ask.

Someone pitching you, auto-replies, support requests, colleagues, and pre-existing relationships are excluded, and so are recruiters, students, or job seekers when they fall outside your ideal customer. Conversations that cannot be traced to a touch are reported in their own bucket, never merged into the headline number.

### Is a qualified conversation the same as a booked meeting?

No. A qualified conversation may become a meeting, but Zevari reports the two separately and never uses the terms interchangeably.

### Does every reply count?

No. Four conditions must all hold: Zevari caused it, the reply shows real business interest, the person is plausibly a buyer, and the exchange went beyond a single dismissal.
