# Zevari vs Linked API: LinkedIn plumbing, or a full outbound department

URL: https://zevari.ai/vs/linked-api

> Linked API is a LinkedIn automation API and MCP server for developers and AI agents. Zevari is your AI SDR team for LinkedIn and email that finds, scores and writes, behind a hosted LinkedIn MCP. Train it on your ideal customer and your voice, then switch it to Autopilot and it runs on its own.

Zevari vs Linked API

Looking for a Linked API alternative? Linked API is a LinkedIn automation API, MCP server and CLI for developers and AI agents: more than 50 actions run in a dedicated cloud browser per account, and your own agent decides who to contact and what to write. Its tools run as soon as they are called, with no built-in approval queue. Zevari is a full outbound department, running today: a hosted LinkedIn MCP with six specialists behind it. Train it on your business, then switch it to Autopilot.

## What Linked API is and what Zevari is

What Linked API is

Linked API sells LinkedIn automation as infrastructure: a workflow API with Node and Python SDKs, a CLI, an open-source MCP server, agent skills, and n8n and Make nodes. Each LinkedIn account runs in its own cloud browser with a residential IP, and you sign in to LinkedIn yourself inside it. You set daily, weekly and monthly caps per action and working hours per account. Finding, scoring and writing are left to the agent or code you connect; there is no built-in approval step.

What Zevari is

A full outbound department, running today. Your AI SDR (AI sales development representative) team for LinkedIn and email: six specialists, Prospecting, Signals, ICP Scoring, Voice Writer, Follow-up and Reply Qualifier, take a prospect from first signal to a qualified conversation. You train them on your ideal customer and your voice and approve their work while they learn; then you take the training wheels off, switch them to Autopilot, and they run your outbound on their own.

Side by side

## Linked API and Zevari, row by row

We describe Linked API only in terms we could source; anything we could not check is left out rather than guessed.

| | Linked API | Zevari |
| --- | --- | --- |
| What it is | A LinkedIn automation API, MCP server and CLI for developers and AI agents | A full outbound department: six AI specialists for LinkedIn and email |
| MCP access | An open-source MCP server for Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor and others, authorized with two tokens per account | Hosted LinkedIn MCP for Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT and any MCP client, plus a REST API |
| Finding prospects | Search and fetch actions; who to contact is decided by your own agent or code | Prospecting and Signals find people; ICP Scoring rates each one with reasons |
| Writing messages | Not built in; your agent writes the text | Voice Writer drafts each message in your voice for you to approve |
| Before a send | Tools run when called; any pause before sending must be written into your prompt | You approve each send while you train it; once trained, Autopilot sends on its own |
| Connection | A dedicated cloud browser per account with a residential IP; you sign in to LinkedIn inside it | Hosted connector, no browser extension, no cookie injection |
| Price | Core is $69 per seat a month billed monthly, one seat per LinkedIn account; Sales Navigator actions need Plus at $99 a month billed monthly | $87 a month or $497 a year with one LinkedIn account; each extra LinkedIn account $37 a month; extra users free |
| Connecting your AI | An MCP server authorized with two tokens per LinkedIn account | A browser sign-in, or an MCP access token locked to one workspace and one LinkedIn sender, with no OAuth step |

Which one fits

## When Linked API is the better call, and when Zevari is

### Choose Linked API if

- You are a developer building your own outbound product or agent and want raw LinkedIn actions.
- You want Sales Navigator actions, webhooks and an admin API to embed account connection in your product.
- You want to write the targeting, scoring and messaging logic yourself, in your own prompts or code.

### Choose Zevari if

- You want the work done, not only the actions: prospects found, scored, written to and followed up.
- You want approval enforced by the product while you train the team, then Autopilot once it has earned it, not a pause written into your prompt.
- You want messages written in your voice and replies sorted into qualified conversations.
- You want one MCP connection with browser sign-in, not a token pair per LinkedIn account.

Training, then Autopilot

## You train the team on your business. Then it runs on its own.

1. Step 1
**Train it on your ideal customer**
ICP Scoring learns who your ideal customer is from the leads you approve and reject.
2. Step 2
  **Train it on your voice**
Voice Writer builds a Voice DNA from your own writing and learns from every message you approve or edit.
3. Step 3
  **Approve while it learns**
Every connection request, message, comment and post waits for your approval while the team is in training.
4. Step 4
  **Take the training wheels off**
Once a specialist has earned it, switch it to Autopilot on the AI team page and it runs your outbound on its own.

### Built for teams and agencies

Yes. Zevari users are free, so you can invite your whole team and your clients. A workspace holds many LinkedIn accounts, one per person: each person connects their own LinkedIn on their own free Zevari login, and your team can then run outbound across every LinkedIn account in the workspace, including another person's. Agencies keep one workspace per client, each with its own ideal customer, Voice DNA and approvals. You pay only for LinkedIn sender accounts: the plan includes one, and each extra LinkedIn account is $37 a month.

Approval and limits

## What stays the same whichever way you run Zevari

Run it from the Zevari app or from your AI over MCP: the same approvals and the same limits apply. If Zevari is the only tool running outbound on your LinkedIn account and you use it lightly yourself while Zevari works, we guarantee the account will not be restricted. The Safety Center paces and counts every action against these limits.

[Read how the safety model works](https://zevari.ai/safety)

- While you train the team, a human approves every send: messages, connection requests, comments and posts wait in a queue until you approve them. Once a specialist has earned it, such as Follow-up after ten approved sends in 30 days, switch it to Autopilot and it sends on its own; switch it back at any time.
- A hosted connector. No browser extension to install and no cookie injected into a headless browser.
- Connection requests are capped at 100 a week on Free* LinkedIn accounts, 150 on Premium and 200 on Sales Navigator.
- * Free accounts: LinkedIn caps connection requests that carry a note at 3 a month. The weekly ceiling covers requests sent without a note, and Premium and Sales Navigator accounts get a far larger allowance for requests with a note. Most outreach uses a note, so Premium or Sales Navigator is the practical choice for real outbound - the full explanation is on /safety.
- All actions are capped at 400 a day on Free, 1,000 on Premium and 2,000 on Sales Navigator, with burst limits and working hours on top.
- Email through Instantly or Smartlead: no Zevari limit, those tools apply their own sending limits. Email from your own domain (Resend or Brevo): up to 300 a day and 1,500 a week per mailbox, to keep deliverability healthy.
- When a limit is reached the action waits for the window to reset. It is not skipped, retried in a burst, or routed around.

Run it from your AI

## Works with Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT and any MCP client

The Zevari LinkedIn MCP gives your AI the same six specialists, the same plan and the same approval queue. In Claude Code, run the command below, then /mcp to sign in. In Codex, run codex mcp add zevari --url https://mcp.zevari.ai/mcp, then codex mcp login zevari. Every client uses the same server and the same browser sign-in, and technical teams can also call the REST API.

```
claude mcp add --transport http zevari https://mcp.zevari.ai/mcp
```

FAQ

## Linked API vs Zevari: common questions

### Does Linked API's MCP server wait for approval before it sends?

No. Linked API's MCP tools run as soon as your agent calls them, and its own guide says the pause before sending is part of your instruction, not a built-in approval queue. In Zevari, every connection request, message, comment and post waits for your approval until you have trained the team, whatever the prompt says; a trained specialist then runs on Autopilot. Zevari does not connect to Linked API.

### How does Linked API connect to LinkedIn?

Through a dedicated cloud browser for each LinkedIn account, with a residential IP and a device fingerprint matched to your sign-in; you log in to LinkedIn yourself inside that browser. Zevari uses a hosted connector with no browser extension and no cookie injection.

### Can I run LinkedIn outreach from Claude instead of Linked API?

Yes, with Zevari. Add the Zevari LinkedIn MCP to Claude Code with claude mcp add --transport http zevari https://mcp.zevari.ai/mcp, then run /mcp to sign in; Codex and ChatGPT use the same server and browser sign-in. Your AI then directs the same six specialists that run in the Zevari app: they find and score prospects, draft messages in your voice and sort replies, and nothing is sent without your approval until you switch a trained specialist to Autopilot.

### How much does Linked API cost compared with Zevari?

Linked API is priced per seat, one seat per LinkedIn account: Core is $69 a month billed monthly or $588 a year, and Plus, which adds Sales Navigator actions, is $99 a month or $888 a year, with a 7-day trial. Zevari is one plan at $87 a month, or $497 a year (save 52%), with all six specialists and one LinkedIn sender account included. Each extra LinkedIn sender account is $37 a month, and extra Zevari users are free.

### Do messages go out without my approval?

Yes, once you switch a specialist to Autopilot, and not before. First you train your team: you teach ICP Scoring who your ideal customer is by reviewing the leads it scores, and Voice Writer drafts in your voice from a Voice DNA learned from your own writing, sharpened by every message you approve or edit. While you train them, every connection request, message, comment and post waits for your approval. When a specialist has earned it, such as Follow-up after ten approved sends in 30 days, switch it to Autopilot on the AI team page and it runs on its own, in your voice and to your ideal customer. You can switch it back to Reviews with you at any time.

### Will Zevari get my LinkedIn account restricted?

No. If Zevari is the only tool running outbound on your LinkedIn account, and you use the account lightly yourself while Zevari is working, we guarantee it. Zevari's Safety Center paces every action like a person and counts every action the account takes against its limits: 100 connection requests a week on Free* accounts, 150 on Premium and 200 on Sales Navigator, daily caps, working hours and burst limits. Anything that would cross a limit waits for the window to reset. If another automation tool runs on the same account, or you use it heavily by hand at the same time, those actions fall outside Zevari's count, and we cannot guarantee it. The weekly figure covers connection requests sent without a note: LinkedIn caps requests that carry a note at 3 a month on a free account, and gives Premium and Sales Navigator a far larger allowance, so Premium or Sales Navigator is the practical choice for real outbound (see /safety).

### How do I train Zevari on my business?

During onboarding you train the six specialists on your business. ICP Scoring learns who your ideal customer is from the leads you approve and reject. Voice Writer builds a Voice DNA from your own writing and learns from every message you approve or edit, so drafts sound like you. You approve their work while they learn, and once a specialist has earned it you take the training wheels off: switch it to Autopilot and it runs your outbound on its own.

### Does Zevari work for teams and agencies?

### Can I connect Zevari's MCP with an access token instead of an OAuth sign-in?

Yes. Besides the browser sign-in, Zevari offers MCP access tokens, which you create under Settings → Developers. A token needs no OAuth sign-in, so it suits automations, agents and servers that cannot open a browser. Each token is locked to one LinkedIn sender account and to one workspace (or, if you confirm it, to all your workspaces), expires after 30, 90 or 365 days, and can be revoked at any time. Agencies and teams with several workspaces or senders make one token per client and sender, so an automation never has to switch workspace or sender mid-run.
