Zevari for agencies and fractional GTM

Run LinkedIn outbound for every client, without getting any of them banned.

You sell pipeline. You do not want to run a VA farm, juggle six logins, or explain to a client why their account got restricted. Zevari runs highly targeted LinkedIn outbound on behalf of each client - a separate workspace per account, voice-matched to each one, every send staged for approval. We run the engine; you keep the relationship and the margin.

Run it for a client at $37 per account and a few minutes a day, and resell the pipeline at a $2k-5k/mo retainer. On a book of 6 clients that is one engine against six retainers. The margin is the product.

60-second form. Our agent researches your agency the way it will research your clients' prospects. That is the demo, not a sales call.

“Doing any kind of AI on LinkedIn is a pain in the ass. So once I saw the connection to LinkedIn, I’m like, okay, I’m gonna try this.”
Warren Jackson, business development, agentic-AI company

Zero

ban incidents in a year of running this engine

$37

per added client account, against $79-99 per seat elsewhere

Prior done-for-you outbound on our own platforms, anonymized: 85,000+ leads processed, 37,000+ personalized messages, 3,600+ qualified conversations, an 18% reply rate against the 10-15% cold-LinkedIn benchmark. A named book-of-clients case study is landing from the founders cohort. We will not publish results we do not have.

You already know how this breaks

You have tried running LinkedIn for clients before. Here is where it falls apart.

My account kept getting banned with the virtual assistants - LinkedIn just sees logs.

One restricted client account and you are refunding a retainer and rebuilding trust you cannot buy back.

Doing any kind of AI on LinkedIn is a pain in the ass.

Every Claude-to-LinkedIn bridge you have found rides on browser cookies with admitted ban risk. You cannot put a client's account on that.

Each workspace only connects to one LinkedIn.

So you are either spinning up a tangle of tools per client, or running everyone out of one inbox and praying the digests do not cross wires.

We warmed up 20 email boxes and it was still less than 1% reply rate.

Cold email is tapped out. LinkedIn is the channel that still works - if you can run it without the ban risk.

The job you are actually hired for: highly targeted outbound on behalf of the client, to get the client some clients. Zevari is built to do exactly that, one client at a time, at a safety bar an agency can stake its name on.

One console. A clean workspace per client.

Each client gets their own isolated workspace. Nothing bleeds between accounts.

Their LinkedIn account, their ideal customer, their voice, their campaigns, their pipeline. You operate all of them from one place, and each client's reporting stays separate - no more the digest does not separate two companies in one workspace.

Separate workspace per client

One LinkedIn account per workspace, the way the platform expects it. Client A's voice never leaks into Client B's drafts. Switch context in one move; the agent loads that client's ideal customer, history, and campaigns.

Voice built per account

Each client's drafts are trained on that client's real sent messages, so outreach sounds like them, not a template and not like every other account you run.

Signal-based targeting per ideal customer

For each client, find people who posted in the last 30 days about what that client sells, score them 1 to 5 with the reasons attached, and reach only the high-intent ones. The needle, found per client, not a static list you bought.

Campaigns and sequences, run on schedule

Multi-step LinkedIn campaigns per client, built and advanced by the agent on its own clock - warm-up, connection, then the sequence - so you are not logging in to push each step by hand.

Inbox Radar per client

Replies classified by intent with on-brand drafts staged for approval, separated by account, so you triage every client's inbox in minutes instead of scrolling six of them.

Hosted state

Persistent scheduling across every account that Claude Code or Codex alone cannot hold. Your agents sleep; your clients' pipelines do not.

The real question, answered with receipts

You are confident it will not get our clients' accounts barred?

That deserves receipts, not adjectives. This is what protects every account you run.

  • Every write action - message, connection request, comment, post - is staged for human approval before it touches a client's account.
  • Session-based connection, no browser cookies. The cookie tools are what get accounts restricted.
  • Weekly connection ceilings enforced per account: 40 on Free, 80 on Premium, 150 on Sales Navigator.
  • Working hours, behavioral pacing, duplicate checks, and burst caps - enforced by the platform, not left to a VA to remember.
  • No Sales Navigator required to start a client. It only raises that account's weekly limits, one fewer cost to pass through.

Zero

ban incidents in a year of refinement, the founder running his own account on the same engine your clients run on.

Read the full safety model

White-label. Your brand on the report; our engine underneath.

You do not have to tell your clients how the sausage is made.

The pipeline, the weekly reports, the booked calls show up under your agency's name. Zevari is the GTM engineer on your bench you do not have to hire - the median GTM engineer salary is $127k/yr, and you would need one per pod to run this in-house.

Managed multi-account

We operate, you approve

We set up each client workspace, build the scheduled campaigns, and run them on our infrastructure. Your team approves the day's sends from a simple Slack or email digest - minutes per client per day - and stays in control of every account. You own the client; we run the keys.

DFY pipeline

We run the whole motion

We run everything up to the booked meeting for each client: ideal customer, lists, voice, campaigns, replies, and weekly reports you can forward straight to your client or screenshot for the boss. You take the calls and bill the retainer. This is the model we already run for our own DFY clients, not a theoretical tier.

Either way, you scale clients with systems, not by hiring another VA pod per account. Want us to operate the book for you?

We run it for you

The math, per client

You scale margin with systems, not headcount.

The alternatives you are pricing this against:

VA pod running logins manually
Cheap until the first ban, then it costs you the client.
An AI SDR you cannot inspect
$45k-60k/yr per seat, 50-70% churn, and one of the loud ones got LinkedIn-banned. You cannot resell that risk.
In-house GTM engineer to run it properly
$127k/yr, and you need depth to cover more than a couple of accounts.
Building it yourself on cookie automation
One restricted client account away from a refund and a reputation hit.

The resale margin, in numbers

Run a client at $37 per account and a few minutes a day; resell the pipeline at a $2k-5k/mo retainer. On a book of 6 clients that is one engine fee against six retainers. Ten clients is $370/mo in accounts - one per-seat tool charges $790-990 for the same ten seats, and a VA pod is a salary. The more clients you run, the better the math gets.

Per-client ROI

Multi-account DFY runs $2,997-4,997/mo to operate a book of clients - still under the $5k/mo the banned AI SDRs charge, and a fraction of a salaried engineer. Spread that across the retainers it supports and the cost per client is a rounding error against what each one pays you. One client's retainer covers the whole engine.

We reverse the risk you actually carry

A banned client account means a refunded retainer. So we put our name behind it.

No free trials - a guarantee stack, because we run our own outbound on the exact same engine.

Performance

A booked, qualified call into the first client workspace within 30 days of go-live, or you do not pay the next month.

Ban indemnity

If a client account is ever restricted inside our safety model, we rebuild that workspace free and credit the month. We name the agency's biggest fear and we reverse it.

Revenue clock

First client workspace live within 5 business days of the fit-call, first staged sends in week one, first booked calls inside the first month - with a forwardable report from day one.

Founders cohort: 7 of 10 seats left

50% off the monthly for the first agencies in.

The first 10 managed and DFY clients get half off the monthly, in exchange for a case study with real numbers, a testimonial, and a monthly feedback call. It is a real capacity limit - we only run so many books of clients at the quality bar above - so the count is real and never faked. Setup is not discounted; it is real work. The cut rewards the agencies who commit early and help us build the proof engine.

When the 10 seats fill, the founding rate does not come back.

How applying works, and why the application is the demo

Multi-account DFY is not a checkout button. It is a fit.

You qualify if you run an established agency with paying clients and you are already spending on appointment setters, an SDR, or outbound delivery - so this is a cost cut and a quality upgrade, not a new line item.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask

Can I run outbound for multiple clients from one place?

Yes - that is exactly what Zevari is built for at the agency tier. Each client gets a separate workspace (their LinkedIn, ideal customer, voice, campaigns, and pipeline stay isolated), and you operate all of them from one console with separate reporting per client.

Do I need the client's LinkedIn name and password, or can I connect by screen-share?

The client's account connects via a session-based connection - no browser cookies and no password farming. You do not run a tangle of stored logins, which is exactly what gets accounts restricted under VA setups.

Will running outbound for clients get their accounts banned?

Not on Zevari's safety model. Every write is staged for approval, the connection is session-based with no cookies, and weekly ceilings (Free 40, Premium 150, Sales Navigator 200), working hours, pacing, duplicate checks, and burst caps are enforced per account by the platform. A year of refinement, zero ban incidents. And we back it: if a client account is ever restricted inside our safety model, we rebuild that workspace free and credit the month.

Can I white-label this for my clients?

Yes. The pipeline, weekly reports, and booked calls show up under your agency's brand. Zevari is the engine underneath; your client sees your name.

How much does an extra client account cost?

$37 per added account. Ten clients is $370/mo in accounts - one per-seat tool charges $790-990 for the same ten seats, and a VA pod is a salary. The more clients you run, the better the math gets.

How many connection requests can I send per client per week?

Per account: Free LinkedIn 40, Premium 150, Sales Navigator 200 - enforced automatically so no account overshoots by accident. No Sales Navigator is required to start a client; it only raises that account's limits.

Do you actually book the meetings, or just send messages?

Depends on the tier. Managed multi-account: we run campaigns and replies, you approve every send, and the calls land in your clients' calendars. DFY pipeline: we run the whole motion up to the booked meeting and hand you weekly reports you can forward to clients.

What is your method for getting someone's email from just their LinkedIn profile?

The agent enriches a profile to a verified work email, so each client's campaign can follow up by email with non-responders after the LinkedIn touch - LinkedIn first, email second, in one motion.

Is the pipeline replacing my clients' CRM?

No. It is a working pipeline view for the outbound motion - lists, statuses, booked calls, weekly reports - not a full CRM replacement. It is what you and your client screenshot to see what is moving; it sits alongside their CRM, it does not replace it.

Run every client's pipeline from one place.

You sell pipeline, not software. Apply and our agent will research your agency the way it will research your clients' prospects. That is the demo. Running a technical agency and want hands on LinkedIn yourself? Connect Zevari to Claude Code or Codex and operate every client account as code.
