Zevari Managed: done for you, $997/mo

Booked sales conversations from LinkedIn, without ever touching it.

For less than half what your appointment setter costs. You do not have to learn a tool, write a prompt, or open anything technical. We build your outbound engine, run it on our infrastructure, and send you a short list of messages to approve each day. Your LinkedIn account stays yours. You approve, we operate. That is the whole job.

60-second form. Our agent researches you free and tells you if you are a fit. That is the demo, not a sales call.

“A working system, not six months of tinkering.”

Founder-cohort proof: working outbound systems installed in weeks, with the operating logic visible instead of hidden in a black box.

Well, yeah, my outbound or trying to get clients was like totally manual process and it was not consistent at all. It was like when I had some time over, I just googled more or less to find some prospects to get it going. So it came like very convenient. You offering this service like a bootcamp. You can get it in two weeks and then you're off to go. Otherwise, I've been tinkering around for maybe another six months. So it was pretty easy. Really teach how you work, what kind of language you use. But I got the foundation and then I was off and did my own thing with the bot. So now it's a bright thing as I normally do and it makes very easy research. Like takes maybe one minute and I normally take maybe that could have taken two, three hours to do this manually. I just fed it with my normal outreach emails and it learned from that. And then I booked two meetings now and sending out maybe maximum 10 or 15 contacts that are really targeted. So it's not, I'm not using it as a mass marketing tool. I'm doing it more and more sophisticated. And after, I've also added some local databases. It was so easy because the bot found the API to this company that is pulling out revenue figures from Swedish limited companies. So and I didn't need to do anything just ask, tell it what to do. Tell it crazy. If you hire someone, it's a bigger risk, I would say, instead of hiring a bot. Because I have had employees and people in the group and I had HR stuff and I don't want that. I just want me and the bot, so to say. And I can also replicate it easier, much easier and faster. I haven't even thought about it since you have been using it for a much larger audience. It's like me asking 10 things a day is like, Oh, it's not an issue for me at least a small investment, I would say. Money back guarantee is like, duh, you have to take the chance if you have a money back guarantee. It's like, it's a no brainer. Absolutely. I haven't earned it back yet, but it will come. I'm totally confident. Absolutely.

Proof from Revenue Logic Group

A working AI SDR system in 2 weeks.

I booked 2 meetings from 10 to 15 targeted contacts.

Martin Nord, Revenue Logic Group

Revenue Logic did not need another tool to learn. They needed a working outbound operating system, built quickly enough to matter and visible enough to trust.

Inspect the machine

Not a mysterious AI SDR. A CRM you can audit.

Every lead has a reason: ICP match notes, disqualified rows, paused rows, weekly campaign context, and reply state. That is the difference between buying outcomes and hoping a black box is doing something useful.

Scored and explained fit
Disqualified leads stay visible
Reply state logged to the CRM
Weekly campaign context retained
Revenue Logic CRM screenshot showing ICP match notes, disqualified leads, paused rows, and campaign week tracking
CRM proof is intentionally inspectable: scoring, notes, statuses, and weekly run context in one place.

The math you are already living

This is not a new line item. It is a cheaper version of one you already have.

In-house SDR (fully loaded)
$110k-160k/yr
Headcount, ramp time, turnover
AI SDR (11x, Artisan, and the rest)
$45k-60k/yr
A black box you cannot inspect, and 50-70% of teams churn off them inside a year
Outbound agency
$3k-5k/mo
Their playbook, their list, you are one of forty logos
Appointment setter
$2k-6k/mo
A person working your LinkedIn in a way you cannot see

Zevari Managed is $997/mo. Same outcome: research, messages written in your voice, campaigns, replies handled, except you can see and approve everything that touches your account, and it costs less than the cheapest line above. A GTM engineer to build and run this in-house has a median salary of $127k/yr. With Managed, that engineer is included.

What we run it for you actually means

We did the doing. You do the deciding.

You are not buying software you have to operate. You are buying an engine we build and run. No prompting. No setup. No you can do so much, where do I start.

The four weekly loops of the AI SDR operating system: list build, work the list, reply triage, and hot lead handoff
The weekly engine: build the list, work the list, triage replies, and hand off hot leads with context.

We do

  • Build your workspace: your offer, your ideal customer, your targeting rules, loaded in as configuration.
  • Build your voice from your real sent messages, so every draft sounds like you, not a robot.
  • Build your campaigns and multi-step sequences, and advance them every day.
  • Run the scheduled work on our infrastructure: prospecting, warm-up, connection requests, follow-ups, inbox triage, on a clock, every working day, whether or not your laptop is on.
  • Tune it every month and send you a quarterly review with the numbers.

You do

  • Open Slack once a day and approve the messages we staged for you. Usually a few minutes.
  • Take the calls that get booked.

Well, for us, the experience was kind of a challenge because I just joined the bootcamp without knowing the guys. It looked everything promising and we had like two weeks, an hour per day and it was absolutely amazing. I mean, John guided us through all this setup and yes, on Sunday night we've been working for the results for the bot to build the list and yeah, it was a really good experience. We saw the machine working, building the leads, scoring them, adding the emails. That was like a thrilling experience. I think this is something everyone or every businessman is looking for. It's a real good solution. Otherwise I had to maybe hire another person and today I cannot afford it. So that is a real good solution. I mean, I intend and I hope I can get plenty of leads or qualitative leads at least. At least if I close a customer amount, I'll be really happy. Well, I mean, the community, I've joined other communities in the past and they are more theoretical or they just built useless things like how to do websites which are free services offered by thousands of companies, I mean, or maybe building panels, dashboards, which I don't know, they don't offer a good business solution. I found that they are very building oriented and I'm following up all the lessons, doing all the homework. I think for the first time in my life. And it's, yeah, I'm really learning a lot, really learning a lot and I don't build what it is, what they teach in the community. I build something similar, apply to my business and that works. I have the superpowers of knowledge because I am getting a bit old, but I think I'm still capable. And this is really a good combination.

Speed without extra operator effort

Two weeks to a system people can actually use.

It was absolutely amazing.

Domingo Miguel, Smartintelia

That is the managed promise: install the engine fast, keep the daily work lightweight, and leave you with approvals and hot conversations instead of setup chores.

You approve everything, from Slack, in minutes

Nothing touches your account that you have not seen.

Each morning you get one Slack digest: here are the people we want to reach today, here is the message we drafted for each in your voice, here is why each one is a fit. You thumbs-up the batch, edit a line if you want, or skip anyone. The engine sends only what you approved, paced like a human, inside your working hours.

This is the part appointment setters cannot give you. With a setter, you are trusting a stranger with your account and hoping the messages do not embarrass you. Here, you read every word before it goes out, in less time than it takes to review their weekly report.

12 messages staged for you. Approve all or review each.

Total assembled value: well past $5,000/mo. Your price: $997/mo.

Add accounts at $37 each (the industry standard for an extra seat is $79-99). Want the email follow-up leg, weekly tuning, and full inbox handling? Managed+ is $1,497/mo. Setup is $1,950 one time (50% off on quarterly prepay).

You told us what a booked meeting is worth. Do the math: if Managed books you even two a month at your deal size, $997 is rounding error. One closed deal pays for the year. What is a booked meeting worth to you?

The guarantee, stacked three ways

We hold this tier to a standard, because we run our own outbound on the exact same engine.

Speed

Live and sending approved messages in 14 days, or your setup fee is refunded. No implementation timelines.

Unconditional out

60-day out, any time. Month to month after the first 60 days, no penalty. If it is not earning its keep, you leave.

Performance

At least 20 qualified conversations in your first 90 days, or the next month is free, and we keep going until they land.

This is not for everyone, and that is on purpose

Managed is application-only. We turn down more applicants than we accept.

At $997/mo this only works as a cost cut, not a gamble, and that math only lands for a specific kind of business.

An established offer

A clear thing you sell, at a price, that you know converts.

Paying customers already

You are past will anyone buy this. You want more of them.

Existing outbound spend

You are already paying an appointment setter, an AI SDR, or an agency. We replace that line, for less.

If that is you, $997/mo is the easiest yes on your P&L. If you are pre-revenue, still testing your offer, or have never spent a dollar on outbound, Managed is not the move yet, and we will tell you that instead of taking your money. Build it yourself on Operator at $87/mo is the right path there. See pricing.

How to apply, and why the application is the demo

The way we evaluate your application is the best preview of the product itself.

1

You apply

A few questions: your company URL, your LinkedIn, how many clients you have, your current outbound stack, what you spend on it monthly, and what one booked meeting is worth to you.

2

Our agent researches you, the same way it will research your prospects

It reads your site and your LinkedIn, scores you against fit, and tells us and you whether it is a match and why. The quality of that note is exactly what your prospects will receive about themselves. You experience the product before you pay a cent.

3

If you are a fit, you get a booking link

Plus a short, specific note on why. If you are not a fit yet, you get a straight answer and the self-serve path, no runaround.

Founder fit-call

We confirm scope, walk the pricing, and if it is a match, you are in.

Founders cohort: 7 of 10 seats left

50% off the monthly for life. $997 becomes $498/mo.

The first 10 Managed clients lock the founding rate for life. The cap is real and named: we can only run a fixed number of these well at once (it is engineer hours, not a marketing gate). In exchange, founders clients agree to one trade: a case study with real numbers, a testimonial, and a monthly feedback call. You fund the proof, you get half off. Setup is not discounted, that is real build cost.

When the 10 seats fill, Managed lists at $1,497. The founding rate does not come back.

Confident this will not get your account banned.

Every write action is staged for your approval, nothing auto-sends. We connect by session, never browser cookies. Enforced weekly ceilings (40 free, 80 Premium, 150 Sales Navigator), working-hours limits, human-like pacing, burst caps, and duplicate checks. A year of refinement, zero ban incidents.

FAQ

Straight answers to the things you are actually worried about

How is this different from hiring an appointment setter or an AI SDR?

Same job, three differences. It costs less ($997/mo versus $2k-6k/mo for a setter, or $45k-60k/yr for an AI SDR). You approve every message before it sends, so you actually see what goes out under your name. And your account is protected by enforced safety limits with no browser cookies, the thing that gets AI SDRs and their users banned.

Will this get my LinkedIn account banned?

No. Every message and connection request is staged for your approval, connection is session-based with no browser cookies, and weekly ceilings, working hours, behavioral pacing, and burst caps are enforced. A year of refinement, zero ban incidents. Full mechanics at /safety.

How many connection requests can be sent per week?

40 on a free LinkedIn account, 80 on Premium, 150 with Sales Navigator. You do not need Sales Navigator to start. It only raises the ceiling.

Do I need to learn any tool or write any prompts?

No. Managed exists precisely so you do not. We build and run the engine; you approve messages from Slack in a few minutes a day. If you would rather run it yourself, that is the Operator tier at $87/mo on /pricing.

How do I tell it someone is not my ideal customer?

You tell us, or you skip them in the daily digest. We tune your ideal-customer configuration on the feedback, and the scoring sharpens over time. Every prospect comes with a 1-5 fit score and the reason for it, not a static list you cannot correct.

Can it find people posting about my topic and reach out to them?

Yes. That is signal-based targeting. We surface people who posted about what you solve in the last 30 days, score them against your ideal customer, and stage a personalized message for your approval. It is the opposite of buying a stale list.

Does it post content too, and do I approve it first?

It can draft and publish LinkedIn posts in your voice, and yes, posts are staged for your approval exactly like outbound messages. Nothing publishes without your sign-off.

Can I run outbound for multiple clients or companies?

Yes. Each one gets its own isolated workspace, separate ideal customer, voice, and approval feed, at $37 per added account. Agencies should flag this on the application so we scope it right.

How long until I am live?

Within 14 days of kickoff, or your setup fee is refunded. Most clients have approved messages going out in week one and first replies inside the first two weeks.

What if it is not working?

60-day out, any time, no penalty, month to month after that. And we back the outcome: at least 20 qualified conversations in your first 90 days, or the next month is free. We run our own outbound on the same engine, so it is in our interest to keep yours producing.
